INCEPTION (2010)
SYNOPSIS
Dom Cobb (Leonardo DiCaprio) is a skilled thief, the
absolute best in the dangerous art of extraction:
stealing valuable secrets from deep within the
subconscious during the dream state when the mind is
at its most vulnerable. Cobb’s rare ability has made
him a coveted player in this treacherous new world of
corporate espionage, but it has also made him an
international fugitive and cost him everything he has
ever loved. Now Cobb is being offered a chance at
redemption. One last job could give him his life back
but only if he can accomplish the impossible—
inception. Instead of the perfect heist, Cobb and his
team of specialists have to pull off the reverse; their
task is not to steal an idea but to plant one. If they
succeed, it could be the perfect crime.
But no amount of careful planning or expertise can
prepare the team for the dangerous enemy that seems
to predict their every move. An enemy that only Cobb
could have seen coming.

Christopher Nolan (Memento, The Dark Knight) is able to once again mesmerize audiences with his
brilliant mind-boggling thriller, Inception. In this inconceivable script technology is available to invade
people’s dreams. Cobb (Leonardo Dicarprio; Blood Diamond, Departed) is the best in the business
when it comes to extracting information from deep inside people's subconscious mind along with his
partner Arthur, (Joseph Gordon-Levitt; 500 Days of Summer, Brick). With the help of his new architect
Ariadne (Ellen Page; Juno, Hard Candy) Cobb has the chance to get his old life back if he and his team
are able to pull off the impossible; they must not just extract information from someone’s mind , but they
must plant information into the mind of Robert Fischer, Jr (Cillian Murphy; Batman Begins, Cold
Mountain), son of billionaire Maurice Fischer (Pete Postlethwaite; The Constant Gardener, The Usual
Suspects). Nolan is absolutely brilliant in the construction of this film. The actors are casted perfectly
for their roles and the special effects are not only appropriate but astounding. Audiences will definitely
enjoy the twists and turns of this unbelievable thriller.
