The story of the man who single-handedly made

Yes, it is Alfred Kinsey (Liam Neeson) whose
Sexual Behavior in the Human Male who starts
the ball rolling, and it hasn't stopped since.
Research team in tow, Kinsey sets out to do a
complete study of human sexual behavior
consisting of thousands of personal interviews
all across the nation. And the results turn out to
be shocking.
Director Bill Condon takes the Kinsey story in the
right directions, bouncing back and forth
between the subjects of the study and Kinsey's
own sexual twists and turns.
Faithful wife Clara (Laura Linney) is a saint in her
own right as her husband becomes more and
more absorbed in his work. Alfred Kinsey, Sr.
(John Lithgow) has plenty to add to the study
when his interview is revealed to the audience.

A very fine bio of a most interesting fellow.
Outstanding, enjoyable perfo rmances by
all, as would be expected from such a
noteworthy cast. An absorbing story of one
man's life and his overpowering interest in
the lives of others. And it all leads to one of
the most famous studies of human
behavior ever revealed. A subject that
never stops intriguing us, sex, makes for a
good adult evening at the movie theater.

Personally, I found the interview team, both
in training and in the field, just marvelous.
Just enough humor is injected into the
story to keep it from becoming too clinical.
Such an interesting man, with such an
understanding wife, Kinsey makes a fine
subject for a biographical drama. A very
good film.
