Review
Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End is the third installment of a movies that was created from a
Disney theme park ride "Pirates of the Caribbean". It drags on for nearly three hours and doesn't make
any sense. At World's End picks up right where Dead's Man Chest leaves off. Captain Jack Sparrow
(Johnny Depp) is presumed dead but Elizabeth Swann (Keira Knightly), Will Turner (Orlando Bloom), and
Captain Barbosa (Geoffrey Rush) set out to rescue him. First stop Singapore, where they meet Sao Feng
(Chow Yun-Fat), an pirate lord that provides them with a map to the end of the world. Their voyage
eventually lands them in a battle with Davey Jones (Bill Nighy) and Lord Cutler Beckett (Tom Hollander).
This movie would have been more entertaining if had Jack Sparrow had more of a storyline and less
time been given to Swann and Turner. Geoffrey Rush steals every scene and is the most under rated
character of this trilogy. This one is worth the price of admission just for the special effects. Be sure to
stay for the ending credits!
